There’s something about the immediacy of pastels that excites me. The way the color effortlessly glides across the paper, the texture, and the feel of the pastels in my hand create an incredibly tactile and spontaneous experience. Through my pastel paintings, I explore the landscapes around me, capturing the ever-changing beauty of nature and responding to the awe I feel in God's creation.

Each piece is a personal reflection of my connection to my Creator and the world. The colors, textures, and light shift and dance with every moment. Pastels allow me to capture that fleeting beauty with expressive strokes, letting the scene come to life with both vibrancy and subtlety. Ultimately, my work is an act of worship to the Lord and a celebration of the world He created and the wonder I see in every horizon, tree, and sky.
