Golden Bloom

This piece was created as a response to heavy trials in my life. When the world seems dark and heavy, I longed for light and color. I chose this scene because it captured the feeling and emotion I was longing for. I imagined the warmth of the sun, the smell of flowers in bloom, and a dry desert breeze on my face. 

It also was the daily reminder that I needed that God (Creator) loves us through His creation. The beauty we see and experience is but a dim reflection of His glory, majesty and love. Maybe this piece could be that same reminder for you.
